Perfect for first-timers or anyone new to boxing, this class breaks down the fundamentals step by step. Across 10 rounds, you’ll move through shadow boxing, bag work, and 1:1 padwork with a focus on both offence and defence to help you build confidence and energise.

BOXXINTER
For those with a basic understanding of boxing fundamentals, this class takes things up a notch. Across 12 rounds, you’ll move through shadow boxing, bag work, and 1:1 padwork at a faster pace and higher intensity. With more advanced combinations and sharper offence and defence, the focus is on pushing your skills, fitness, and conditioning further.
INTERMEDIATE | 55 MINUTES | MAX 6 PEOPLE
BOXX&TRAIN
Open to all levels, this hybrid class combines boxing with strength and conditioning so you can train at your own ability. Half the session is spent on boxing skills, while the other half focuses on building strength and endurance through weights, kettlebells, and bodyweight training. Designed to help you gain muscle, burn fat, and boost overall fitness, it’s the perfect balance of skill and sweat.

BOXXJUNIORS
Designed for children, this class introduces boxing in a safe, fun, and supportive environment. Sessions build fitness, coordination, and discipline while teaching the fundamentals of boxing. With a focus on confidence, respect, and making new friends, it’s all about having fun while developing skills both inside and outside the gym.
